- 6 apples (red or green)
- 1/2 cup raisins (cant.necessary to taste.)
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil cold pressed virgin
- 100 grams nuts optional
- 1 lettuce plant (small) optional
Cut the apple into small squares and place in a bowl, (you can do it with or without skin).
Cut the celery into small squares, add to the bowl. p>
Hydrate the raisins in clean water for 10 minutes, strain and pour into the bowl.
Chop the walnuts. add them to your salad.
Make a vinaigrette with the lemon and the oil and the nuts, emulsify and add it to the preparation.
Optional: you can add a bunch of lettuce to your salad .
Optional: add about 2 pinches of cinnamon to give it a super tropical flavor!.
