Apple and Walnut Salad


  • 6 apples (red or green)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (cant.necessary to taste.)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil cold pressed virgin
  • 100 grams nuts optional
  • 1 lettuce plant (small) optional


Cut the apple into small squares and place in a bowl, (you can do it with or without skin).

Cut the celery into small squares, add to the bowl.

Hydrate the raisins in clean water for 10 minutes, strain and pour into the bowl.

Chop the walnuts. add them to your salad.

Make a vinaigrette with the lemon and the oil and the nuts, emulsify and add it to the preparation.

Optional: you can add a bunch of lettuce to your salad .

Optional: add about 2 pinches of cinnamon to give it a super tropical flavor!.
