- ·200 gr of raw almonds
- ·1 liter of water
. Soak the almonds in water for a couple of hours to hydrate and soften.
. Beat in blender for 2 or 3 minutes. It should be perfectly ground.
. Put a cotton or nylon gauze in a bowl, holding the edges. Pour the contents inside and squeeze as much as possible, until not a single drop comes out.
Note: the leftover almond paste can be used for other recipes.
