Ingredients
  • 200 gr. of wheat flour
  • 100 gr. of almond flour
  • 2 cc of chemical yeast
  • ½ cs of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 200 gr. of soy milk
  • 200 gr. of apple concentrate
  • 130 gr. of sunflower oil
  • 10 ml. of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cc of vanilla extract
  • 3 fuji apples
Preparation
  1. Sift the wheat flour, chemical yeast, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the almond flour and mix with the help of a whisk.
  2. In a separate container, mix the soy milk, the oil, the apple concentrate , vanilla extract and apple cider vinegar. We add the liquid ingredients to the solid ones little by little, mixing with a spatula.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180º. Peel the apples, cut them in half and remove the core.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased mold and place the apples on top just at the moment of putting in the oven. Bake our cake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Once baked, unmold as soon as possible and let cool on a grid.
