• 3 natural soy yogurts
  • 3 glasses of cold water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 whole peeled garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a jar, and stir with a long spoon, until the yogurt dissolves completely, and everything forms like a kind of syrup.

Best if you let it sit for a couple of hours before serving, so the flavors can meld.

Variations: You can try making it without the salt, or even add a teaspoon of sugar if that suits you. It is easier for children to take. Although it is little, this salt is not harmful, on the contrary, it helps to retain liquids, so necessary at high temperatures.
